Google Earth (www.earth.google.com) has uploaded a new detailed satellite view of Ustica that is spectacular. The detail is much greater than the older version. You can see individual homes in the country and Mt. Guardia dei Turchi and the Falconiera are quite prominent. Using the "tilt" and zoom features, you can get distinct three-dimensional views. To use it, you'll need Windows XP and a high-speed connection. Remove any older version before installing the new v. 4.2.x. Once installed, enter "Ustica, Italy" in the search box and fly there in seconds! Buon Viaggio!
