should order (1) your parent's marriage certificate to verify you dad's parents
and (2) your grandfather's birth certificate to find out his parents. That's
should get you connected to the UGH charts.
through the 1920 and 1930 census for all Vincent Palmisano's but that is a difficult
and time consuming search.
